    Dont drop it, and if you do drop it, dont drop it into the bathtup during a bubble bath, it could ruin a perfectly good bubble bath =/

    dont download mp3s or pics off sites i made that mistake and my laptop has never been the same and also dont charge it too much without taking out the battery it runs it down. :) Have fun with your new laptop

    Hi,
    Before I answer your question, can you do me a small favor? Next time when you ask a question, please do not overdo it on puncuation. Actually, many people just ignore questions like these! A better question would be: I just bought my first laptop, do you have any advice? Instead of LAPTOP>>>>>>>????????????????!!!!!!?. It makes it easier to answer everyones questions that way.

    I recommend the following free software:
    Mozilla Firefox- Way better, and more secure than Internet Explorer. http://www.firefox.com
    AVG- Free anti-virus and anti-spyware. Just search for it @ http://www.download.com
    IE Tab- So you never need internet explorer again. Search for it @ http://addons.mozilla.com.
    Ad block Plus- Another great addon to Firefox. This one blocks 90% of the ads on the internet. Search for it @ http://addons.mozilla.com
    Open Office- Like Microsoft Office, but free. http://www.openoffice.org

    1. get a good anti-virus softwear
    2. dont drop it
    3. charge it
    4. if you want, upgrade the RAM
    5. Dont get it wet
    6. Clean it when it gets dirty
    7. make sure your laptop is not “over clutterd”

    And yeah, you will enjoy it, hopefully you did not buy a mac ;]
